There Will A Lot Of Good Changes When You Stop Smoking Cigarettes by Aydan Corkern

Have you ever tried to quit smoking only to find out that your body starts to go through some changes? Some people find that they change into someone that most people do not like. Some of you seem to become more crabby or get irritable very easily. When you decide to quit, think about all of the money you will be able to save or spend on something else, like that dream vacation. You will not have to go outside to have that smoke in the nasty cold or rainy weather.

Starting to smoke is so easy, but trying to quit is not. You would never think that one little cigarette would make your life so different. You would never think that it would be so almost impossible to quit them once you started. But when you really think about it you can know you can quit if you are willing to do the work and stick to it. Your body will start to show signs of breaking this habit most of the time within the first week. You might not even notice them immediately. First of all, your body will start to slowly heal itself. Your breathing will improve and you will be able to inhale more air into your lungs, your blood pressure might even start to drop as well as your heart rate.

You will be less likely to end up with a heart attack or even some of the other side affects from smoking cigarettes. If you have a persistent cough, this could go away after a few months and you might even be able to exercise or play with your children as you will be able to breathe better and have more energy. After a week or more you will notice that your food is smelling and tasting better, but this is an improvement you will need to be careful with because it might be much easier to overeat when you are trying to stop smoking. Those nasty little smokes steal or block your sinuses and makes your food taste and smell dull. Once you quit these buds will start to wake up.

If you are able to stay away from cigarettes for a year, you can pretty much say that you have quit. Once you quit, you will have a more noticeable zest for life. You will be able to enjoy your life and all of the fun things that you might not have been able to do when you were smoking. So once you have done this, pat yourself on the back and just enjoy life. Trying to stop smoking is a long, hard journey for most people, but the prize at the end of the road is priceless because you will regain your chance of living a lot longer and healthier life.
